We use email verification tools to confirm email address validity before sending business communications. Only the email address is shared with these services.
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information needed for them to function.
When we build and manage your website, we may have access to form submissions from your website visitors (for example, someone filling out a contact form on your site). We use this data solely to deliver those messages to you and maintain your website.
We do not access your email accounts, CRM systems, or other business tools directly. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services you may connect to your website independently.

We keep your information for as long as you're an active subscriber and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records).
If you cancel your subscription and don't transfer your website, we'll remove your website data within 30 days of the end of your billing period. Your basic account information (name, email, payment history) may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
If we collected your publicly available business information for outreach purposes and you ask us to remove it, we will do so promptly.
